A QUIKCUT contractor will be assigned as soon as possible, you will then receive an accurate ETA and be able to track your contractor. If you require a specific time, this can be specified that in the comments section of your request and we will do our best to accommodate.

No, you do not need to be home for QUIKCUT to perform services, as long as you ensure access to the lawn area that you have requested service for. You will receive a picture from your contractor once the job is complete.

No, QUIKCUT does not require a contract and can be ordered only when needed.

We only select fully qualified contractors that satisfy all of our service provider requirements. We ensure our contractors are certified, over 18 years of age, and can pass an online background check.

QUIKCUT finds certified and reliable contractors to ensure the highest quality service. However, if a contractor does not meet your needs, please contact QUIKCUT and we will do everything we can to guarantee your satisfaction with our services.

Once a contractor is assigned to your request, you will receive a notification and able to message them directly if needed.

Yes! QUIKCUT services can be ordered and paid for on behalf of someone else, allowing you to order lawn care services for friends and family who might be in need.

Your estimated price will be the final cost for service as long as the contractor confirms the lawn size is accurate to the request.

You will enter your payment information when signing up on the QUIKCUT app, all credit card and bank information is stored securely with a third party company called STRIPE, QUIKCUT does not have access to that data. Once your job is completed and the contractor has submitted valid before / after pictures, your credit card will be automatically charged safely and securely.
